What is covered under Stoko's Limited Warranty Policy?Updated 4 months ago

Stoko’s Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects and the Stoko Support System for up to 1 year after the purchase date. This includes:

  • Control Dials
  • Cables
  • Laminations

Stoko's Warranty Policy does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
  • Failure to observe care instructions, including incorrect laundering;
  • Damage caused by rips, cuts, or tears;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Cosmetic damage (i.e., minor scratches, surface deformations, or discolouration) including natural fading of colours. 
  • Unauthorized modification or alteration including any repair done outside of Stoko Customer Support; 
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, without limitation, products purchased through (i) third party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products;
  • Products that have been worn in salt water and/or underneath a wetsuit;
  • Products that have not been used in accordance with Stoko's Instructions for Use / Instruction Manual (IFU);

Please give Stoko Support Team 2-4 business days to review your warranty claim and get back to you. Our team will follow up via email from [email protected] if you qualify for a warranty replacement or not. These responses can sometimes be sent to spam or junk mail, please ensure you check these inboxes before reaching out for an update on your warranty.  The next steps will then be provided to you at that time. The expected total timeframe for a warranty claim is a 2-4 week turnaround.
