Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.

If the product is returned based on our return policy, your refund for the product and any applicable taxes will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are not eligible for refund and a $14.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the available refund amount.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of your return being received at our warehouse. For the refund to process properly, you must use the return label provided through our returns portal. All the information on returning your order can be found here.
