How do I know if I'm wearing the tights correctly?Updated 3 months ago
The three key regions are calves, knees, hips.
First, ensure the crosshatched pattern at your calves below the meat of your calf muscles.
Next, focus on the knees. Find the lamination markers and center them just above where your knee bends, and point towards your kneecap.
Lastly, the waistband should sit at a position that is comfortable to you. With the garment positioned correctly, it should also be supportive and comfortable.
It is important to note that the tights can be a bit of a pain to put on at first and often require some time to break-in. You can find out more about how to break-in your tights here.
