How do I request a return or exchange?Updated 20 days ago
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Either click on this link, or send an email to the Stoko Support Team at [email protected] (please include your order number and reason).
- Once we confirm your proof of purchase, we will send you a link to provide the necessary information to progress your request.
- A Support Team member will validate and approve your request, after which shipping details will be shared.
- Once we receive the returned product, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of processing and the refund will be issued.
- If you requested a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only.
Please note: that you must mail your returned item(s) to us within 30 days of initiating the request. Failure to do so will result in your return or exchange request being canceled.
