How do I start my warranty claim?Updated 6 months ago

If you would like to request a Warranty claim, please fill out this form here.

Please give Stoko Support Team 5-10 business days to review your warranty claim and get back to you. You will receive an email via [email protected] if you qualify for a warranty replacement or not. These responses can sometimes be sent to spam or junk mail, please ensure you check these inboxes before reaching out for an update on your warranty.  The next steps will then be provided to you at that time. The expected total timeframe for a warranty claim is 2-5 weeks.
