What is Stoko's Exchange Policy?Updated 4 months ago

We get it! Purchasing online has its challenges—which is why we are happy to provide free exchanges to ensure you get in the right Stoko product! If you purchased the product directly from Stoko, then you may exchange the product within 60 days of the date of purchase. Any exchange requests after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying exchange product, we will mail your new product.


In addition, please note the following:

  • Stoko will cover shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Proof of purchase is required–order number or purchase receipt.

  • Products can be exchanged only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

  • Items purchased on clearance will not be eligible for exchange.

  • You must be the original purchaser of the product with valid proof of purchase from Stoko or another authorized dealer of purchase. (i.e., Stoko's exchange policy does not extend to purchases from: (i) third-party auction sites, (ii) unauthorized dealers operating through the use of third-party marketplaces, or (iii) dealers selling altered or modified products).

  • Stoko Ski Socks must be unworn, undamaged, and unopened (still in original packaging) to be eligible for an exchange.
