We appreciate that some customers want to ask questions over the phone. We're a small team and right now the most efficient way to handle the volume of inquiries is via email and live chat. 

To speed things up even further, we do use AI-generated responses where applicable. If you don't want to interact with AI, just let us know and your message will be handed over to one of our human team to respond to as soon as possible.  

We strive to get back to all customers within 1-3 business days. Sometimes our responses can land in spam or junk folders, please be sure to check there.
