Why is my tracking not moving or updating?Updated 3 hours ago

Why is my tracking not moving or updating?

It can be incredibly frustrating to check your tracking link only to see that your package appears to be "stuck" or hasn't moved in a few days.

In most cases, your package is still safely on its way to you! Here is a quick look at why this happens and what you can expect.

If your package is traveling a long distance (especially across state lines) it is typically loaded onto a long-haul truck or shipping container.

Carriers do not scan individual packages while they are securely stowed and driving on the highway between major distribution hubs.

Your tracking status might show no movement for 2 to 3 business days while it is in transit. As soon as the truck arrives at the local sorting facility in your destination state, the package will be scanned, and your tracking will instantly update!

Before worrying, we kindly ask that you check your order date against our standard shipping policy timelines.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

If your order is still within this window, it is right on track, even if the carrier is skipping a few intermediate scans.

What should I do next?

If your order is within our shipping window:

Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to refresh. You can continue to monitor your progress directly through your tracking link.

If your order is outside our shipping window:

If your estimated delivery date has passed, or if your tracking has shown zero movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us!

Our customer care team will immediately open an official investigation with the courier or arrange for a replacement shipment to get things sorted out for you!
