What do I do if tracking shows my order as delivered but I still haven't received it?Updated 2 months ago

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please reach out to us at our contact form. A member of our team will reach out to the shipping carrier for further investigation. In the meantime, we highly recommend checking in with your neighbours and local postal office to see if the package was delivered elsewhere.
