What do I do if tracking shows my order as delivered but I still haven't received it?Updated 5 hours ago

There are times that the tracking indicates the order has been delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If this happens and you still haven't received your order after 3 business days, please reach out to us via our contact form. A member of our team will reach out to the shipping carrier for further investigation. In the meantime, we highly recommend checking in with your neighbors and local post office to see if the package was delivered elsewhere.
