What shipping carriers does Stoko use?Updated 3 hours ago

At Stoko, we want to get your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Depending on the shipping speed you select at checkout, we partner with different carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

Our Shipping Tiers

We offer three primary shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days): We utilize DHL eCommerce for our standard service. DHL manages the initial transit of your package and then hands it off to USPS (United States Postal Service) for the final delivery to your door.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): These priority shipments are handled exclusively by UPS to ensure a faster transit time.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): For our fastest delivery service, we use UPS to get your order to you with top priority.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

Note for Standard Shipping: If you are tracking a Standard shipment, you may see updates on both the DHL and USPS tracking portals once the handoff occurs.

Need to make a change?

If you have questions about a pending order or need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping method.
